Ms. Reich joined the Santander Holdings, USA, Inc. and the Santander Bank, N.A. Boards in 2023.  She serves as a member of the Risk and the Audit Committees for both boards.

Ms. Reich is a member of the Board of Directors of Bill Holdings Inc. (BILL), a S&P400 technology company.   She is the Chair of the Payments and Ops Risk Sub-Committee and a member of BILL’s Audit Committee as well as the Cybersecurity and Technology Committee.  She is a member of the Board of Directors for BAWAG Group (VIE:BG), a European bank.  She is a member of the Risk Committee. She is the founder of an advisory group, where she is a board and CEO advisor to a number of global fintechs, software and AI firms.  She previously served on the Board of Altus Power (AMPS) where she served as a member of the Audit Committee and Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee. She also served on the board of Citicorp Payment Services.

Ms. Reich served as Chief Credit Officer and managed the risk for Global Business Financing, Payments and Digital Experiences group, including digital banking, as well as Global Merchant and Network Services.  Ms. Reich also served as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Data Scientist at Credibly, a fintech platform.  She held leadership positions in various areas specializing in risk, fraud, data, technology and modeling/AI at American Express, Citibank and JPMorgan Chase.

Ms. Reich graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  She serves on the board of MIT.  She is also a member of the MIT Schwarzman College of Computing Dean’s Advisory Council.  She lives with her husband and two sons in New York City.
