Ms. Reich joined the Boards of Santander Holdings USA, Inc. and Santander Bank, N.A. in 2023, where she serves as a member of the Risk and Audit Committees.

Ms. Reich is a member of the Board of Directors of BILL Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BILL), an S&P 400 technology company, where she serves as Chair of the Risk Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of BAWAG Group (VIE: BG), a bank member of the S&P Europe 350, where she serves on the Risk Committee. She previously served on the Board of Altus Power (NYSE: AMPS), where she was Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, and on the board of Citicorp Payment Services.

Ms. Reich has extensive experience in financial services, fintech, and technology-driven risk management, with deep expertise in data science, artificial intelligence, payments, lending, digital transformation, and digital banking. She previously served as Chief Credit Officer at American Express, where she was responsible for risk management across Global Business Financing, Payments, and Digital Experiences, including digital banking, as well as Global Merchant and Network Services. She also served as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Data Scientist at Credibly, a fintech platform. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles in risk, credit, fraud, and data science at Citigroup Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co., and managed global consumer underwriting at American Express during the credit crisis. She is the founder of her own advisory firm, where she advises boards and chief executive officers of global fintech, software, and artificial intelligence companies.

Ms. Reich holds a B.S. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She serves on the MIT Corporation and is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the MIT Schwarzman College of Computing, the hub for computer science, artificial intelligence, and data science at MIT.
