Frederick (Fred) Crawford joined the Santander Holdings, USA Inc. Board of Directors and the Santander Bank, N.A. Board of Directors in 2026.

Mr. Crawford served on the Webster Financial Corporation (“Webster”) Board of Directors and the Webster Bank, N.A Board from June 2025 to August 2026. He was a member of the Audit and Risk Committees.

Additionally, Fred serves as a Director on the Board of Humana, Inc. and is on the Board of the University of Iowa, Center for Advancement.

Mr. Crawford retired from Aflac Incorporated in 2024 having held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer and previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Aflac, at CNO Financial Group and Lincoln Financial Group. Fred began his career in banking at Bank One Corporation.

Fred received his undergraduate degree from Indiana State University and MBA from the University of Iowa.
