Jason Mock serves as the Head of Retail Banking for Santander US, where he leads the bank’s national branch network and retail investments business. He has end-to-end responsibility for the retail branch organization, driving strategy, performance, customer outcomes, and operational excellence across Santander’s retail banking franchise.

Jason joined Santander in 2025 from Wells Fargo, where he was Executive Vice President of the Consumer Bank’s West Division. In this capacity, he led a network of 850 branches, more than 8,000 employees, and over $180 billion in deposits and investments, driving growth, productivity, and customer experience for one of the firm’s largest regions.

With over two decades of leadership experience in financial services, Jason also spent 16 years at Bank of America in senior roles spanning retail banking, call centers and fraud, and digital servicing, where he led large-scale transformation and operational modernization efforts. He began his corporate career at GE, after serving as an Officer in the United States Air Force.

Jason holds an MBA from the University of Arizona’s Eller School of Management and a BS degree in business administration from the United States Air Force Academy.
