Patryk Nowakowski is the Head of Technology & Operations for Santander US and Santander Bank N.A., where he leads innovation across Information Technology, Information Security, Infrastructure, Operations and Platform areas. He brings extensive experience in development and management of IT systems and strategic projects in the financial industry.

Prior to moving to the US in 2025, Patryk lived in Poland, where he was Head of Technology & Operations for Santander Bank Polska since 2019. He joined Santander Poland in 2008, and held different leadership roles, that included Information Management, Systems Development Area and CRM and Business Development Area, before being appointed Chief Information Officer in 2016.

Earlier in his career, Patryk held roles at Oracle, UBS and Business & Decision AG Zurich. He began his professional journey in 2002 in Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (the current Santander Bank Polska S.A.) as IT System Development Specialist.

Patryk holds a MSc Degree from the Poznan University of Economics and Business, where he had previously earned a degree in Business Information Systems.
