Ms. Reich joined the Santander Holdings USA, Inc. Board in July 2023 and serves as a member of the Risk and Compensation and Talent Management Committees. She was also appointed to the Santander Bank, N.A. Board in July 2023 and serves as a member of the Risk and Compensation and Talent Management Committees.

Ms. Reich is a member of the Board of Directors of BILL Holdings Inc., a SaaS technology company. She serves as a board observer and advisor to Clara, a Latin American fintech company, and serves as an advisor to a number of global fintech companies. She also served on the board of Citicorp Payment Services.

Ms. Reich served as Chief Credit Officer of the Global Business Financing, Payments and Digital Experiences group of American Express and was responsible for Global Merchant and Network Services risk. Ms. Reich also served as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Data Scientist at Credibly, a fintech platform. She held leadership positions with responsibilities in various areas of risk including credit, fraud, data, technology, and modeling at American Express, Citibank, and JPMorgan Chase.

Ms. Reich graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
