Ms. Madoff joined the Santander Holdings USA, Inc. and the Santander Bank, N.A. Boards in 2023. She serves as a member of the Risk and Compensation and Talent Management Committees for both boards and the Corporate and Investment Banking New York Board.

Ms. Madoff is currently an Advisor to Goldman Sachs. She spent over three decades at the firm in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as a Partner in the Global Markets Division. Earlier in her career, she worked in Mergers and Acquisitions at Wasserstein, Perella & Co. and in corporate and real estate finance at Bankers Trust.

She serves as a non-executive director of Tradeweb Markets, Great-West Lifeco, KKR Real Estate Finance Trust, Power Corporation of Canada, and Beacon. She previously served on the board of ICE Benchmark Administration, where she chaired the ICE LIBOR Oversight Committee, and on the boards of Motive Capital Corp I and II.

Ms. Madoff is the President of the Harvard Business School Alumni Board and a member of the Harvard Kennedy School Women and Public Policy Program Women’s Leadership Board. She is a David Rockefeller Fellow and a former Trustee of Hudson River Park Friends and Grace Church School.

Ms. Madoff received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics, cum laude, from Lafayette College. She lives in New York City with her husband and three children.
