Pablo del Campo is the Chief Strategy Officer at Santander US. He is responsible for Strategy, Corporate Development, and CEO Office teams and functions.

Pablo has been with Santander since 2016 and most recently was Head of Strategy & Performance Management for North America. Prior to that, he led Finance & Strategy for Santander Spain and Europe. During his time in Madrid working with Santander’s global leadership team, he also served as Head of the Executive Chairman’s Office. Pablo is a member of Openbank Mexico Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Santander, Pablo spent more than four years at Deloitte, where he supported strategy development and execution of complex programs for a variety of financial institutions.

Pablo holds an engineer’s degree in telecommunications engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
