Frederick (Fred) Crawford joined the Santander Holdings, USA Inc. Board of Directors and the Santander Bank, N.A. Board of Directors in 2026.

Mr. Crawford served on the Webster Financial Corporation (“Webster”) Board of Directors and the Webster Bank, N.A Board from June 2025 to August 2026. He was a member of the Audit and Risk Committees.

Additionally, Fred is a director of Humana Inc., a U.S. healthcare company. Mr. Crawford also serves as a director of the University of Iowa Center for Advancement and is a member of its Audit and Executive Committees. He also serves as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board of the Indiana State University Scott College of Business.

Mr. Crawford has had extensive financial management and executive leadership experience, including as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of AFLAC, a leader in the supplemental health insurance industry. He served as Chief Financial Officer at CNO Financial Group and at Lincoln Financial Group.

Fred received his undergraduate degree from Indiana State University and MBA from the University of Iowa.
