Eva Radtke is Chief Corporate Affairs Officer for Santander US. In this role, she brings together the organization’s internal and external communications, community engagement, sustainability, and government relations functions to strengthen Santander’s reputation and engagement with key stakeholders.

Eva has more than 30 years of leadership experience across communications, investor relations, finance, and strategy in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Santander in 2025, she served as Chief Communications Officer for Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) Americas, where she led external, internal and executive communications, events management, and marketing operations.

Previously, Eva was Global Chief Communications Officer of BNY Mellon. She also spent more than a decade at Credit Suisse, where she held senior leadership roles spanning finance, investor relations, and corporate communications. Earlier in her career, she served in client-facing roles in investment banking, equity research, and strategy at prominent financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank, Prudential Securities, Salomon Smith Barney, and Chase Manhattan Bank.

Eva holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hofstra University and an MBA in finance from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
