Bruce Jackson is the Head of the Santander US Auto Business and Chief Executive Officer of Santander Consumer USA Inc. (Santander Consumer). He is responsible for overseeing Santander US’ auto business and managing Santander US’ auto business while serving on the Boards of Directors of Santander Consumer USA Holdings Inc. and Santander Consumer.

Bruce joined the leading full-spectrum auto lender in 2021 as President of Chrysler Capital and Auto Relationships, and he has since held several positions, including Head of Santander Auto Finance.

Prior to joining Santander US, Bruce was Managing Director and Head of Dealer Services for JPMorgan Chase since 2013, where he was responsible for the P&L for the bank’s portfolio of consumer auto loans, commercial loans, and treasury management products and services. He joined JPMorgan Chase following a year as National Director of Dealer Financial Services at Ally Financial, and previously worked at Bank of America for over 15 years in a variety of senior roles, including Executive Senior Vice President and National Dealer Services Executive. Bruce has also served in auto finance leadership positions at WFS Financial and Toyota Motor Credit.

Bruce is an avid supporter of the Otis and Rosie Brown Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, whose mission is to highlight extraordinary people, organizations, and corporations who utilize ordinary resources to enhance the well-being of individuals, families, and communities.

Bruce earned a B.B.A. from Sam Houston State University.
