Santander Bank Launches U.S. Cohort of SW50, Global Female Leadership Development Program

11/18/2024

Santander Bank is proud to launch the 2025 cohort of the Santander W50 (SW50), a prestigious program committed to the development of female executive leadership. The exclusive training initiative will recognize 50 C-Suite female executives in the U.S., offering a chance for participants to join counterparts from 11 countries to engage in face-to-face training at the London School of Economics (LSE).

Selected U.S. honorees will convene at an in-person program in the spring of 2025 to celebrate the recognition. Those who are selected to join the Global cohort of SW50 will be provided accommodations in London where they will receive exclusive training on global leadership style and techniques. In addition, they will gain access to high-impact conferences and coaching sessions, as well as be able to share experiences about their professional careers and build their international network.

The program includes a week of immersive, in-person content delivered in person at the LSE’s central London campus supplemented by an online session where participants will present their individual development plan to the LSE professors. The initiative is part of Santander Open Academy, a global learning and professional development platform that offers access to training to improve professional skills and employability through free courses and scholarships with leading universities around the world.

Applicants can visit the SW50 USA Registration page through January 7, 2025 to be considered for the program.
