Santander Bank, N.A. (“Santander Bank”) announced today that Jason Mock has joined as Head of Retail Distribution & Investments. Based in New York, Jason will be responsible for Santander Bank’s branch network and retail investments business, along with branch strategy and operations. Jason will report to Swati Bhatia, Head of Retail Banking and CEO of Openbank in the U.S., and will join the Retail Banking Leadership Team.
Jason joins from Wells Fargo, where he served as an Executive Vice President leading their Consumer Bank’s West Division. In this role, he managed 850 branches, 8,000 team members and more than $180 billion in deposits and investments. He also previously held senior positions at Bank of America driving transformation across retail banking, call centers, and digital servicing.

In total, Jason brings more than 20 years of experience across financial services. Jason holds an MBA from the University of Arizona – Eller College of Management, as well as a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the United States Air Force Academy.
