Eva Radtke is Chief Communications Officer for Santander US. In this role, she leads the Corporate Communications organization, comprised of internal and external communications, corporate social responsibility and sustainability, as well as corporate events.

Eva brings deep expertise in the financial services industry with more than 30 years of diverse experience. Prior to joining Santander in 2025, Eva served as Chief Communications Officer for Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) Americas, where she led external, internal and executive communications, events management, and marketing operations.

Previously, Eva was the global Chief Communications Officer of BNY Mellon and, from 2004 to 2016, held a series of senior leadership roles in finance, investor relations, and communications at Credit Suisse. Earlier in her career, she served in client-facing roles in investment banking, equity research, and strategy at prominent financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank, Prudential Securities, Salomon Smith Barney, and Chase Manhattan Bank.

Eva holds an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Psychology from Hofstra University.
