Luis Bermudez is the Head of Wealth at Santander US, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Banco Santander International (BSI). He also serves on the Board of Directors of Banco Santander International, is the Chairman of the Board for Santander International Wealth Management Mexico and is a Board member of the Spain-US Chamber of Commerce.

Luis joined the Santander Group in 2005 as a Fixed Income Fund Manager at Santander Asset Management in Madrid. Since then, he has held a number of senior leadership roles across the U.S. and internationally, including Head of Premier Banking at Santander Private Banking International (SPBI), Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at SPBI, and Global Head of Business Development at Santander Private Banking (SPB).

He holds a B.B.A. from CEU San Pablo University in Madrid and has completed several executive education programs, including the Santander Executive Training Program, the Advanced Asset Management Programme at London Business School, and the Accelerated Leadership Development Programme at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). He is also licensed with FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, and 24.
