Laura Rogers

Ms. Rogers joined the Santander Holdings USA, Inc. and the Santander Bank, N.A. (SBNA) Boards in 2023 and serves as a member of the Risk Committee for both boards. She was also appointed to the New York Corporate and Investment Bank Board in 2024 and was a member of the SBNA Strategy Committee.
Ms. Rogers retired from the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, where she worked for 24 years in a variety of leadership roles within the Supervision, Regulation, and Credit Department. Most recently serving as Vice President of the Boston Large Bank and Insurance Unit, she held key Federal Reserve System-level roles overseeing capital adequacy, resolution, shared national credit, and significant insurance organizations. Previously, she served as the Dedicated Supervisory Team Lead for a domestic global systemically important firm (GSIB) and two foreign GSIBs operating in the U.S. Before joining the Federal Reserve, Ms. Rogers served as an Assistant Chief Director at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Banks and as a senior commissioned examiner with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Ms. Rogers is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and Extraordinary Women on Boards (EWOB). She is a former two-term president and board member of the National Charity League, Inc. Southern New Hampshire Chapter. She received a BS in Finance from Babson College and lives with her husband in Bedford, New Hampshire.
